Kenny Lock joined the team at Solstice Senior Living as our executive director in September 2019. He moved to Texas from southern Indiana in 2013 after 20 years in the automotive industry to pursue a career as a financial adviser with Merrill Lynch. However, in 2016 he discovered his true passion was to serve seniors and began his career as an executive director.
When he is not working, Kenny enjoys spending time with family, working out and living every day to the fullest!
Vibrant Life Director
Martha Sanchez joined the team at Solstice Senior Living in March 2019. She started her career in senior living in 2010 as an activity director, and she has loved it ever since. Martha is passionate about her job; she has the patience and passion to keep the residents active and enhance their quality of life. She’s dedicated to creating a happy home for our residents. Martha has a great attitude. She’s a very sweet, lovable person. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her three furry friends.
Business Office Director
Kathleen Hotz joined Solstice Senior Living during May of 2018. She began her career in senior living during 2009 working as a caregiver and has worked through various positions in the retirement industry. During 2018, Kathleen joined Solstice at Plano as the Vibrant Life director. However, her attention to detail, efficiency and eagerness to help others earned her a transition to business office director. She enjoys working with seniors and hearing about their lives. She enjoys building a happy community for residents and co-workers alike. When Kathleen is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her three kids and enjoying a great novel!
Culinary Services Director
Larry Hill joined the team at Solstice Senior Living during February of 2019. He began working in the senior living industry during 1994. Larry was a food service specialist for the United States Army and has been on continual KP duty ever since. Larry gained his passion for the culinary arts from his mother, who enjoyed providing meal services to our educational system. He enjoys going to church, working out and spending time with grandkids. He is the father of five children and seven grandkids. Life is FULL!
