Sales and Marketing Director
Edna Jenkins relocated to Texas eight years ago from Topeka, Kansas. She has been in the senior living industry for almost 18 years. Her first position was as a community receptionist. Other jobs she has fulfilled have been business office director and executive director. Edna has six grown children and one grandson. She enjoys gospel music and learning more about God’s plan for her life. She has a passion for educating and assisting seniors while on their journey of finding the best solutions for their retirement years.
Vibrant Life Director
Martha Sanchez joined the team at Solstice Senior Living in March 2019. She started her career in senior living in 2010 as an activity director, and she has loved it ever since. Martha is passionate about her job; she has the patience and passion to keep the residents active and enhance their quality of life. She’s dedicated to creating a happy home for our residents. Martha has a great attitude. She’s a very sweet, lovable person. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her three furry friends.
Business Office Director
Kathleen Hotz joined Solstice Senior Living during May of 2018. She began her career in senior living during 2009 working as a caregiver and has worked through various positions in the retirement industry. During 2018, Kathleen joined Solstice at Plano as the Vibrant Life director. However, her attention to detail, efficiency and eagerness to help others earned her a transition to business office director. She enjoys working with seniors and hearing about their lives. She enjoys building a happy community for residents and co-workers alike. When Kathleen is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her three kids and enjoying a great novel!
Culinary Services Director
Larry Hill joined the team at Solstice Senior Living during February of 2019. He began working in the senior living industry during 1994. Larry was a food service specialist for the United States Army and has been on continual KP duty ever since. Larry gained his passion for the culinary arts from his mother, who enjoyed providing meal services to our educational system. He enjoys going to church, working out and spending time with grandkids. He is the father of five children and seven grandkids. Life is FULL!
Building Services Director
Terry Liles joined the team at Solstice Senior Living during December of 2018. He started his career as a building contractor and brought that experience with him to senior living during 2014. Terry and his family moved to Texas from northern California and settled in the Allen, Texas, area. A father of two boys, Terry is passionate about most outdoor activities, and loves hiking, camping and fishing with friends and family. Let’s go wet a hook!
